We planned to construct a new house near Taliparamba and approached few architects in Kannur and nearby areas. However after a few discussions I was convinced about going with AJ who had offices in Kozhikode and Thalassery. Though I was a bit worried considering the distance factor, all my worries were put to rest after the work started. I found them to be very professional in every aspect of their work right from initial discussion on requirements, sharing design ideas, creating visual designs, choice of materials, detailed architectural drawings, etc. They have very well trained staff who are experts in their respective areas and most importantly trained to be customer friendly. While constructing a house is a really long and cumbersome process, Jabbar and his team helped me in each and every step including identifying the right vendors for procuring materials, negotiating good rates, choosing the right materials including all the tiles, fittings, furniture and ensuring the end outcome is something we will cherish always.
